Refund Policy

Conference Registration: Refunds for conference registration may be available up to 30 days prior to the event start date. Cancellations made after this deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Exceptions may be considered for extenuating circumstances (e.g., documented medical emergencies) on a case-by-case basis.
